It is one of the last truly unspoiled coastal villages in the Caribbean — crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and a warm local community that still waves to strangers and waves goodbye to the sunset together.

Bayahibe Tours grew out of this village and the people in it. Our lead guide, Dario, was born and raised in Bayahibe and was among the first locals to start guiding visitors through these waters — long before organized tourism arrived. Over more than a decade, our team has built relationships with captains, drivers, cooks, and artisans across the region, turning a handful of local friendships into a trusted network that delivers something no resort ever could: the real Dominican Republic.
